Roman Youngpeter

Community Liaison – Lima Area

Roman Youngpeter brings a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and relationship development to Heritage Home Health & Hospice. Prior to joining Heritage, he spent nearly 20 years coaching basketball, including at the professional level, where he focused on mentorship, team building, and performance development.

Following his coaching career, Roman served in the local juvenile court system, working closely with youth, families, and community partners to support positive outcomes and strengthen community connections.
Outside of work, Roman enjoys spending time with his family and four dogs and is a dedicated Cleveland sports fan.

Emily Sigmon

Community Liaison – Chillicothe Area

Emily Sigmon is a healthcare professional with 18 years of experience in operations, sales, and business development, currently serving as a Community Liaison for Heritage Home Health and Hospice. She has a strong background in hospital operations and medical sales leadership, along with a passion for building relationships and expanding access to care.

Sara Bender

Community Liaison – Toledo Area

Sara Bender has over 13 years of experience in Business Development, 10 of those years she has been in her current role.

Sara is passionate about Patient Care and is Driven by successful patient outcomes.
She enjoys having that referral partner relationship. Every day she strides to grow both professionally and personally!

With more than 15 years of experience in medical sales, including the past 10 years at Heritage Home Health, Todd has built a career centered on developing strong healthcare partnerships and driving business growth. Todd is passionate about connecting providers and patients with quality care solutions while fostering lasting relationships through trust, collaboration, and exceptional service.
